The actual paddleboarding was great, we loved the Satanka Cove area. The check in process was quick and the prices are good. The main problem is parking, it is briefly stated in the email you receive prior to going to get there 15-30 minutes early for check in to allow you to get started on time. In our experience the check in was not the problem, there is just extremely limited parking. None dedicated to having a rental there, so you are competing with everyone else trying to visit the reservoir at that time. Definitely allow yourself plenty of time to park our you will miss out on a significant part of your rental time. We had to park quite far away and then walk and were not in the water till 10:40 for our 10-12 rental period.

The rental worker, I think named Izzy, was super rude for no apparent reason and gave me the middle finger when I said I was going to leave a bad review(True story).

Terrible service, rented one time for two hours then had a family emergency and brought them back early. The employee offered a 50% refund. Not only they charged me more then what the two hours was for. They didn't refund the full amount. Love to see companies steal money then change the subject when contacted and don't fully resolve it. Great presentation for first time renters.

I absolutely love this company. The staff are great. Friendly and attentive. The gear is in great condition and they ensure you feel safe and comfortable before going out on the water. You can't beat their location, and I also love supporting a female owned businesses that cares about it's community.

I was able to go out in one afternoon and feel confident. I loved it so much, I came back two days later with guests from out of town and they loved it!

The Carter lake Location was great and had way less traffic, so I really enjoyed the change of pace and the positive and relaxed energy.

I'll be back many times over. Thanks for the fabulous time!

Chay at horsetooth reservoir was a great help to us. She was so gracious to us when we rented equipment and then a tumultuous thunderstorm started 15 minutes later. She helped us get the equipment out of the water and back to storage all while lightening was striking right near us. She processed a full refund for us that day. So we went back and rented there again on a clear day. She was the same gracious host. Renting equipment is very easy and the pricing is good. We had a great time using the kayak and paddle board on the reservoir.

If I could describe what I encountered at the Horsetooth location I would use the term “predatory”.
I was told by one employee I could rent a paddle board for up to two hours and could come back and renew if I wanted. I went to park (we needed to park first before we could rent the paddle boards), came back and was told by Colin that I could only rent for two hours and nothing after that. “We don’t want you using our paddle boards all day.” The group behind me could come back and renew after their two hours. One of the other patrons could only rent for an hour. The two girls working that day were nice and open to answering questions, Colin was not. Not sure if Colin knew the rules or not but he was inconsistent with what he was telling multiple groups, and rude. I was honestly surprised I got a refund when he over charged me.
