As you have mentioned my name is not in student records, i have ID which was provided to me by the management and also i have fee receipt from the Academy. Kindly address concerns, it is imperative to acknowledge them earnestly and offer practical solutions rather than resorting to excuses.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the course structure and faculty performance in the recent.

The allocation of time for subject completion was poorly managed. The initial stages of the course progressed at a very slow pace, which later accelerated significantly. This sudden change in pace made it challenging for us to keep up, resulting in a lack of understanding and retention of the material.

The faculty responsible for the Corporate Accounting and Tax Laws subjects in Modules 1 and 2 failed to deliver the information effectively. Their teaching methods were not conducive to a comprehensive understanding of these complex subjects.

Despite the positive Google reviews, our batch experienced an alarmingly low pass rate. This discrepancy raises concerns about the reliability of these reviews and the actual quality of education provided.

Each subject is crucial for achieving aggregate marks and passing the course. Unfortunately, the poor quality of teaching in one subject adversely affected our overall results. Despite multiple complaints about the faculty, no significant actions were taken to address the issues.

The tests conducted lacked proper invigilation and were scheduled at inappropriate intervals.

For students like us who are pursuing a professional course, proper guidance is essential, especially given the fees paid. Unfortunately, the management showed little concern for student preferences and needs, resulting in a lack of adequate support.

Due to the inefficacy of the Module 2 classes, I found it more productive to study independently. This self-study approach became extremely hectic and stressful towards the end of the term.

Given these issues, I strongly urge the management to take corrective actions. Ensuring that future students do not face similar problems, also it is crucial for maintaining the institution’s reputation and the value of the education provided.

Prospective students should consider seeking feedback directly from previous students before enrolling, to gain a realistic understanding of the course quality.
