My husband and I redid the carpets and put in new appliances for the tenants that moved into our rental. We originally wanted 1800 for the rent but we went down on the rent so that the applicants they had could afford to stay. The incentives were great but the people that they helped to move in were horrible, they immediately did not want to follow the lease or abide by our rules. They don’t screen the people they help and it can be troublesome. We were told that we could get a reimbursement up too 2500.00 for upgrades to the property. We provided pictures of the before and after and it took almost 3 weeks before we heard back. Only to find out that it was not approved with no reason as to why when we provided what was asked. I would not recommend a working relationship with Valley Youth House. It was not a good experience and we will not accept any valley youth voucher programs In the future.

Mrs Elias from Valley Youth House comes into our school to promote issues such as bullying, empathy, kindness, and fighting. She is a professional and kind-hearted person. Also, she has an amazing rapport with our students. The children are completely engaged with her curriculum and they look forward to her coming to visit our school each and every week. Thank you Mrs Elias for bringing light into our lives.

I was closed out from the program right when I found a place after I was in the hospital and the case worker I had she tried to say for no communication when we spoke every week and most of our meetings were canceled on her end wouldn't even give me the supervisors name when asked for it to file a grievance this was going to help me get my daughter back home so inst ad of helping I got kicked to the curb by their case worker
