The Girls programs is good. Boys program isn't that good though. Our team's coach is great though. I do see the team improving but we still lose most games. I wouldn't say that this is a bad club. It's decent.

This is a terrible club to play in. My kids were enrolled in the summer recreation program and they didn’t learn a thing. The older kids’ coaches didn’t bother teaching or coaching. They chatted with each other and paid no attention to the kids until the owner or manager came. Kids were wondering and doing whatever they wanted with no guidance on what to do on the field.

There was one game where they sent our kids to play a team in Vaughn. Not sure who’s bright idea was to send a team with no training to play a well organized and well coached team. The USMC kids lost by 12-1. Heavily discouraged the kids after that.

The younger kids coaches were better as they paid attention to the kids and made sure all the kids played. However, no skills development or guidance was given.

There was one instance at the end of the season where there were coaches scouting for their rep and house league teams. They were incredibly rude to the children. Not sure why any parent would subject their kids to this type of behaviour. Most parents were not expecting their kid to make the team. However they wanted their kids to be treated with respect. The coach who was chatting with the parents was watching this unfold and didn’t say anything to the coach with the rude behaviour.

The only thing the UMSC paid attention to was their campaign for the parents to renew. They handed out meaningless medals to all the kids.

We enrolled with another club and it was night and day. There’s a reason why this club has so much availability and the other clubs in Markham don’t.

Don't expect your son learn any soccer idea or a single Portuguese word from the club.
If your son defined as an excellent, first team player by coach, stay with the team . The super star in the team will play for his age group , one year and two years up. you pay one fee and get triple game time.
if your son defined as a rotation or backup player, expect your son can only play 10% to 20% of the game times for his age group only. A lot of time your son will not get select for the game, or you drive all the way to the game with zero minute play time. The coach totally forget those backup player also pay the same amount of money to the club, the games and their salary while they manage during the games.

A great soccer club in the Unionville Milliken Markham area. I played with this club during my younger days and I coached with this club afterwards. All great experiences. I am sure the programs have developed well and improved a lot since I last coached or took part. If you live in this area and are interested in having your child play soccer, I highly recommend this club.

The house league teams are disorganized, but fine if you just want to play recreationally. My major complaint is that the office is never open and there never seems to be staff there, so inquiring for information is a nightmare. The website isn’t helpful, either. Once, I was able to reach someone at the office, but they mistakenly told me that the team I was inquiring about was scheduled to start in the fall. It started in the summer. As a result, I missed an entire season. The club also isn’t doing well in competition, so ultimately I decided not to return.

Poor Communication! My daughter played one summer and had fun. So I enrolled her immediately into the full year program 2019-2020. The full year program lacked good coaches. She lost motivation for the sport and didn't learn much but we kept at it until Covid 2020. I had paid upfront..the club didn't credit me the remainder of the year! I emailed and called numerous times. It's like they disappeared and didn't respond at all. If communication was lacking before Covid..during Covid it was NON Existent! To date I have not heard back or received an apology or any acknowledgement that my daughter is owed atleast a Spring session! I have told everyone considering this club to stay away. It money poorly spent! If I could rate this club zero stars I would!

Good if you want your kid to just hack around. Otherwise don't expect your kid to learn any discipline or any basic skills. Very disorganized from the adminstration to the inexperienced coaches. Coaches just seem to just look forward to playing a game of coaches vs. kids where the coaches can show off their skills and all the kids do is chase them and the ball around.

My kids love to play soccer, but hate and dread going to this league. We enrolled them to the Jr academy summer soccer program, and since the beginning it’s been chaos on the field for every session. Coaches are a bunch of young teens who can’t control the group of kids , and the kids have horrible bully like attitudes while the parents/coaches don’t do anything about it. It’s so disorganized and chaotic, kids throwing grass and rocks to each other during a game, coaches not really being able to pay attention etc. My kids are also currently with a different soccer league in East Gwillimbury. We don’t have any of these kinds of issues there, and my kids love attending their games there.
