Awesome program. I benefited a lot from it. They offer everything including exposure to industries, established professionals, professional self development & assessment, and assistance with jobs and internships. This all was during the cohort.

Post program attendance, their alumni initiative is very robust which includes events, additional self development, networking, and job placement. I still maintain contact with Iban and Olivia and they assisted me massively post program and with continued advancement in my career.

Like most things worthwhile, it requires your own effort and contribution but is the perfect place for guidance and advancement.

If you have an learning disability the program itself could be very challenging and demanding. I was pair with a mentor and disclose my difficulty with finding employment. She disregarded what I said to her. Street wise should be more mindful and offers better suggestions on how to help someone who has a disability thrive in the workforce.
