I have always been shopping here since I was a child, so I only really choose one or two places here & pet supplies but if I am near PetSmart I will choose them more variety for all my pets I just really like the variety pet supplies has for my breaded dragon but today it was my bird babies that got in upgrades in there cage bigger & some more things & treats next time my pug babies & my lizard baby will get spoiled & even spoil my fishy Roku

Love getting my dog groomed here, however the manager was very disappointing. The way she talked down to her groomers and was speaking as though bringing my dog in for a 5 minute nail trim was such an inconvenience. She was so rude and had no customer service. She seems like a nightmare to work for.

I love to bring my dog on a small walk here. I buy all his food and treats here because it is closer to my house. I also like the rewards program. I'm always getting $10 off my $100 purchase which helps. I also love their sales buy 2 get the 3rd snack for free. The staff is nice and they always respond to my random conversations even though they are very busy. Recently they have been running out of betta fish but hopefully, they get some more.

If I would give this a NO STAR I would. Never go to Tara the pet groomer is horrible she shaved my puppies belly when she was supposed to call me first never did. Then she only cut two nails in the back on his paw and all the other nails were sharp still. Then did not cutting around the ears like she was supposed! THEN she messed my puppies hair on his face!

I saw a few orandas dying, and a dead oranda ? No one feeding the fishes either. That section was empty. Also they were out of Siphon Vacuums. 2 bad things. I went to Pet Supplies Plus instead. They had what I needed ☝️ And no dying fish. Sometimes, some fish selling stores have no passion or dedication. Just all about that money ? Idc if my opinion is too truthful and savage ?
