The first time I took my husband to see dr Patel i felt confident he send my husband to have some blood work and to have an ultrasound done.well that evening my husband had two seizures and he fell and has a brain injury and other health issue but today to my understanding we had appointment to see doctor in person but it was a phone call appointment I got very upset because when I talk to dr Patel he said I had to ask only one question and if I need to make an appointment to answer my other question I heard good things about about dr Patel but I feel I’m getting the run arounds just like I did with my husband formal Doctor I don’t know how much time my husband has he not getting better it’s getting worse and I need some answers he need to be seen and referral to specialist.thank dr Patel you told me we were going to go over his results and you never did I’m very upset it’s not fair to see my husband with memory lost sometimes he don’t know who we are and gets confused asking for our son who we loss 5 years ago thinking that he still here with us due to his brain injury. Great Doctor Dr Patel is he listens to u about Your Concerns and looks into your health issues to find the problem and some insight on what could it be or what it is ,More than other Dr's greatful for Dr Patel. And Receptionist Awesome Ms Valerie is Very Knowledgeable and Helpful on top of things. Great office!

I've been going to Dr.Patel for several years, and when you walk into his office, first thing you notice is how dirty the front office is. Carpet is filthy. But once you get into the examining room, he listens, I have the feeling he's truly empathetic, his treatments and recommendations are spot on, and he's not a pill pusher. I asked for Testosterone shots and he refused saying "You are not Low T. Lose weight, get some exercise and enough sleep and your sex life will improve. And get a Colonoscopy". I don't feel rushed to leave, and he listens patiently to whatever I need to discuss. Feel very comfortable with him. But I just wish he'd go rent a Rug Doctor and clean his office.

Let me first state that I work with the adult autistic community, those with special needs who are transitioning from institutionalized living into more immediate residential care. Our clients need a physician regularly for some of the life threatening conditions that they are more vulnerable to due to their inability to completely care after themselves. Let me also preface this by saying I almost NEVER write negative reviews. I was SHOCKED at the lack of concern, care and compassion that this "doctors" office has shown on my previous TWO visits with our clients. If you are going to take the hippocratic oath, MR. Patel - I suggest you consider following the ethics of caring for ALL patients EQUALLY. It is unacceptable how you treat those who don't have a voice. I wonder why you schedule them at all -but then it dawns on me - it must be about the $$$. If it's anyone you ACTUALLY care about, I would NOT send them here. It takes FOREVER to be seen by the doctor and by that time he's ready to just send you up the road to a specialist or the ER - or pump you full of the highest perking pharmaceutical sample of the day. Don't waste your time.
