Dr. Nguyen is caring, attentive and a highly skilled primary care physician. I would highly recommend her. The front office staff are great at their jobs and friendly. This practice has daily walk in hours at 8am and 1pm and patients may have to wait. It is so much better than going to the ER for issues that can be resolved in office. I feel people get impatient and don't understand the benefits of this service. These are great medical professionals.

I will never be back after being a patient for 8-9 years. In my opinion this office has no sense of urgency or care. You can read your results online 2 weeks before they even call you. They do not follow up with you.
You will also wait 2-3 hours to be seen. They stick you in a tiny cubicle room for over an hour and a half…AFTER you’ve waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes.
They are even late to the virtual appointments. I sat on camera for 40 minutes past my appointment waiting for the doctor.

I saw the doctor once and the PA once their service was good. However, they have the worst front office staff. Whether I call or visit it is the most unfriendly and rude. They made me felt as though I was begging them for their services for free. On the phone I was told and I quote “ma’am I am getting frustrated” I read my card number about 4 times and she couldn’t get it right. The first impression starts with front desk. Anyway I am changing my doctor so that I don’t have to deal with this kind of behavior.

This is the worst place to ever go I only put one star because I wasn’t allowed to put review u less I select a star. This doctors office charged me $130.00 for a visit and did not complete my paperwork nor did the exam was accurate. They never call back to advised results, they had me go in for an appointment to get a shot for my daughter and when we arrived they said they ran out of the shot which was inconsiderate that no one called to notify me to not come into the office and my child missed school
Because of this. They are rude and takes a long time to answer phones. I also noticed they keep referring me to places to get money from the insurance. I don’t usually write reviews but I want everyone to be aware of the scam this office is doing

This office has made me wait in their small room for over an hour , 2 visits both times! The time spent with the doctor literally less the 10 min
They need to pull it together and when confronted they said that the long wait was normal
Maybe sometimes 2 hrs is acceptable? Crazy they won’t see me again

She is amazing and the best Dr. I have ever been a patient of. Great hours and can get you in usually within 20 minutes as a WALK-IN! I highly recommend.
