Discovering NACA during our search for a home loan was a dream come true. They literally walk you through the entire home buying process and procedures which created an increased sense of confidence in the home buying journey for us. Darryl Hughes was an incredible advisor and mentor for my wife and I, guiding us step by step to getting qualified for a home loan. I find myself now informing all of my family and friends about NACA. We can't see ourselves working with anyone else when it comes to getting qualified for a home loan.

We started our journey with NACA recently and have been thrilled with the experience. Thomas Rhodes has been our counselor and has walked us through every step of our action plan in a way that makes sense to a new homebuyer. He has been great at answering my many MANY questions via email even before our intake meeting. The portal NACA uses is very thorough, and Thomas has been great at helping us trouble shoot when we have had roadblocks with it. We’re so excited to buy our first home in a way that works for our budget, and through a cause we can get behind!!

I had my first meeting with counselor Shanniece, and I was impressed by how attentive and knowledgeable they were. They patiently walked me through the entire process, making sure I understood each step. Although my experience with NACA hasn't been very long, I feel confident in their support so far. The process seems thorough but manageable, and I'm hopeful to complete everything smoothly and quickly. Overall, I'm feeling positive and encouraged about the journey ahead

I attended a home buyers workshop on 3/23/24 and it was a great experience. NACA seems like an amazing organization that is committed to leveling the playing field when it comes to economic injustice with the banks and mortgages. The banks take advantage of people and NACA is committed to helping people get lower mortgage rates and assist with other costs such as closing costs. I only just started the program but it has been a positive experience thus far. They have a great approach to make buying a house possible for average people when it would otherwise not be possible. They also help people budget and turn their dreams of owning a house into a reality.

I'm very proud of the NACA program. This journey was very demanding and requires a lot of information (paper work). My counselor Nijah Bellamy was very very patient, polite and understanding. She is really helpful and answered all if my question. Along this process she has guided me step by step and I hope to be approved for home ownership very soon.NACA is an excellent program with many benefits. It's not often you can get to purchase your dream home at a very low interest rate with no down payment or closing costs. I'm excited to soon be a home owner, thanks you NACA.
