I am writing to express my disappointment with the loan services provided by mentor. My experience has been far from satisfactory due to several issue .Throughout the loan application process, there was a severe lack of communication from the bank's representatives. I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic information about my application status.
The process took significantly longer than promised. Despite submitting all required documents promptly, there were continuous delays and a lack of urgency from the bank's side I encountered unexpected fees and charges that were not clearly disclosed at the outset. This lack of transparency felt deceptive and added unnecessary stress to the process.and agent took around 40k for processing fee and other charges which is totally disappointment.
Some of the bank staff I interacted with were unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of providing solutions, they seemed indifferent to my concerns and queries.
The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused me to lose trust in [Bank Name]. I regret choosing this bank for my loan needs and would not recommend their services to others.

I hope that mentor takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their customer service and loan processing efficiency. As a customer, I expect better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a reputed institution like mentor

Veri high interest rate,,,,,,Loan भरने वाले के पास भी ये फर्जी कम्पनी कोई कागजात (Documents) नहीं देती है जिससे की ग्राहक को अपने लोन का स्टेटस पता लग पाए।। ग्राहक बेचार सिर्फ़ भरता रहता भरता रहता है किश्त अपनी ओर ख़त्म होने का नाम ही नहीं होता।। कम्पनी के employee ग्राहक से सब्सिडी दिलवाने के नाम पर पैसे भी लेके जाते है। बहुत बकवास और बेकार फाइनेंस कंपनी है।।.......10 में से 0.0000% this is my side of rating for finance Shop,,,,,,?

बहुत ही फर्जी कंपनी है लोन देने के लिए।। एक बार जो इससे लोन ले लेता है वह चुकाते रहता है परंतु उसकी किस्त पूरी नहीं होती

Very very wrost financial company ever seen. Kbhi bhi call attend ni karte, service bahut hi jyada khrab hai, bank me balance hone ke baad bhi installment nahi jati.
Personally office jake installment deke aana padta hai.
Intrest rate bahut jyada hai, employees ka behaviour not good, and never give a information about you want.
Kbhi bhool kar bhi is company se loan mat lena.

Frod company. Loan close nahi karte. Some employees are very bad behavior. And company policy frod karna hai. 1 month se loan close kavane ke liye chakar lagva rahe hai. Mr pavan goyal ji aap se request hai ki aap ki company ke employees ko bole kisi ko pareshan na kare.

Mene 10 saal pahle loan liya tha jab mere ko peso ki jayada jarurat jab sab ne mana kar diya tab ise mentor ne mera saath diya , time pe mere account me pura pesa aaa gaya , bahut bahut danywad mentor ka jisne mera pura saath diya , yaha ke staf bhi bahut ache hai .....
