Hello truckers. I went there a couple of weeks ago. And they were supposed to send me a copy of the work order. I haven't received it / they're mechanic. Claim to have put a part on my truck. (No) I did some research went to another shop and the shop manager said they pulled. Fast one you because it's not on your truck. And you know that they will send you a apology letter. It's all the same one, but but they won't say. Come back in and we'll take care of the situation. Poor customer service. I can't tell you where to go. But watch what you do with these guys, thank you truckers.

I had a truck that got hit and our bumper got dented. I called
M-81, and Marson picked up. Very nice and professional. They took our truck in immediately, fixed it really quickly and professionally, and was very fair and great with pricing. I highly recommend visiting M-81! You will not be disappointed. Great place of service, and fair pricing.

They seemed like nice guys. But I took my truck for an inspection and they told me so many things are wrong with my truck including bad king pins. They even told me I had missing door hinges which were all there. I took the truck to two other shops and none of then found those problems with my truck. They said they'll call me too tell me how much this all cost but they never did. I tried calling this shop back after I told them that my uncle was a mechanic too and they never picked up or called back.

It seems like they simply wanted to make some extra money off me and told me a lot of things were wrong.

And over charge by far then the results don't use hourly rate it's a low-cost trap! !!!
Low hourly rate and unbelievable hours of work and still couldn't repair the damage.
