Kate helped me so much as a coach! Kate was amazing at holding space for me to look within myself to find answers and empowerment through her powerful questioning and guidance. I had amazing internal shifts thanks to Kate's coaching. I participated in her video challenge and we had a 1:1 coaching session. Kate helped me to build confidence around showing up online on social media in a video content format. We worked together on eliminating my limiting beliefs about showing up online.
