This was a terrific course. I learned a lot. The most valuable aspect was the list of doable action steps from Day 6. I’m an MCC and the founder of International Coaching Week. Next May (2025) it’ll be 26 years and it’s celebrated worldwide!

I think I’m a great coach. This was a good review of some of the most important aspects of coaching, esp. presence, silence and asking great, powerful questions.

It provided good examples of skill application and exercises, making it beneficial for coaches at every stage of their careers. Hey everyone, just wanted to say a few words about Insight Coaching Community. I can say that I am so grateful to have found this wonderful, caring community. John Strasser is an amazing coach and person, he is so very helpful to everyone in the community and to me personally. And the community of coaches is so very supportive! I have been thinking about being a coach for a while and have been very serious about it since the beginning of the year. I was always overwhelmed by all the things I was told I needed to do and have in place before I could coach. But, John and ICC showed me that wasn't the case! I just had to coach and coach as much as possible to get better at my craft. And I just had to be curious about people and their lives, to build relationships in an authentic way. Then just ask if they would like some help as a gift to them. It is an amazing approach to coaching and makes it easier while taking away the overwhelm!
