Founders Network has surpassed my expectations, providing an invaluable and well-maintained online and in-person community of entrepreneurs with diverse backgrounds, from international and domestic successes to startups and billion dollar exits. The collaborative spirit among members is commendable, as they willingly share their experiences and offer guidance. The membership fee is definitely worth every penny, and more.

I was nervous about attending the fnSummit 2023 but it was an amazing experience. I am going to attend every year. There were so many great speakers, fun and funny entertainment, one-on-one sessions, daily morning meditations, and enjoyable activities along the peaceful Santa Cruz, California coast. It proved to be an enriching event for building both personal and professional relationships. The stunning natural surroundings, with the roaring ocean and serene lodge, made each day exceptional, despite the cold nights. I have been a member for almost a decade now and can only highly recommend - great support from the peer founds, access to mentors, advisors and investors, and to so many services and discounts - they really understand the needs of a startup founder.

This network does not deliver on its promise on supporting founders.

1. Polluted by sales people, not founders.
Many people in here are high caliber but it seems they now are so focused on bringing in new people to the network that they don't weed out people just trying to sell to other founders vs. build a genuine community.

2. Low engagement
The network is not very engaged - questions on the forums frequently only result in one or two low-quality or "salesy" answers.

3. Poor customer service
Customer service does not answer your requests and seems swamped.

The group does have a lot of great members and occasionally brought me great conversations in some member-organized interest groups. I hope they figure out how to course correct.

After going to every meet-up/group/event I could find both in the valley and in Manhattan, and being discouraged about what I found...this dropped in my lap and WOW...talk about getting clear, concise, fast, and private information from fellow founders, mentors, VC's. I Highly recommend this network. I have received more value in the first month than in two years wasting my time elsewhere.
