I had the pleasure of attending some digital training facilitated by Herman on the topic of mentoring. Although digital, Herman was able to establish a rapport with attendees and I found it easy to share my own personal thoughts and experiences along the way.
Various methods of engagement were used which as a visual and kinesthetic learner was great. I also enjoyed the music which helped with short tasks that were set.

The training allowed time for me to reflect on my personal journey to review what I can bring to mentoring young people

I had the privilege of taking part in some of Hermans online training. Herman is extremely relatable, very relaxed and very encouraging. Throughout the training he made sure that each person was included, and that those who may be less inclined to speak up fully contributed. My experience of the interview as well as the two days training was an experience. I can't find a word that can sum it all up. All I can say was that it was a divine appointment. It allowed me the space and time to deal and continue my own personal development. The droplets of gems were thought provoking. I spent the majority of the time reflecting and facing self. It was a lovely little mirror that I had placed in front of me. Would 100% recommend this training.
