Had a 7am appointment, at 6:30am, I checked in at main door, they assigned me bay 6, checked in there. Went back to my truck took of straps and all bungees, left tarp on. They called me in the bldg. Got to bay 6, took of tarp, before it was folded, Bruce had me empty. I pulled out the door at 7:17am. All and all a great experience and they had overnight parking which was a huge plus! I'd definitely return here.

I can't speak for others experiences. I had bay 4 inbound and Hedi and I believe her partner was John...sorry if I got that wrong. But I was held up and checked in almost 30 minutes late. They took me in and unloaded me with no hold ups. They were professional and a pleasure to talk with. Like most places your behavior and attitude will be reflected by those you interact with. Be kind. Be genuine. And more often than not you'll receive the same. Not always...but more often than not.

Very Nice Place with PLENTY OF PARKING for Semi-Trucks ! Off-oading time was less than 10 minutes. The Worker's are kind, quick, & professional!! Highly Recommend!:)

So, if it wasn't for another driver, you would never know you have to check in twice. Thanks person who doesn't work there. Also, quit the conversation in the front office and rudeness and do your job. We on tight schedules trying to deliver loads to other places. Thanks a bunch!

Please please please driver don’t come here. Place is sucks no one want to work. If you have ELD. Please don’t come here. Why union or management not read any reviews on google and do something me never come again. Here. I ask shipper why taking long time to loaded he very rude and say 5-6 hour standard time to load. Please tell your dispatch and cancel your load here

Terrible place to try and deliver to. Everyone is rude. My deliver time was 6am. I went to the shipping and receiving office to check in at 5:15am, stood there patiently waiting for someone to help me. There were 3 people in there working and multiple people walking in and out. Finally someone walked over at 5:36 and said check in wasn't until 5:50. Came back at that time and still had to wait. They need to understand it's hard to communicate to someone through a 3 inch hole in a window when they're standing less than a foot from the window and 1.5 feet from the hole. When they do that their voice projects the other way. Can't get a clear set of instructions when you can't hear them. AND, just because you deal with truckers everyday, that doesn't mean every trucker that comes here knows what to do.
