I had the opportunity to be part of the 28 day weight loss challenge with George Quijano of my food journey and I am so happy I did! I lost 12 pounds, 6% body fat and 8 and 1/4 inches around my body in 4 short weeks. The eating plan was fantastic because it wasn’t about deprivation, I was never hungry. In fact I couldn’t eat all of the recommendations. The workouts with George were challenging, fun and effective! George took into account my injuries and tailored my workouts around them. I had amazing results in a short amount of time and am grateful for George and Emilee and their encouragement and expertise. You will not regret for a second working with George and Emilee!!

I loved working with George and completing this 28 day challenge! I was really happy with my results as I felt I was able to see great changes in a short period of time. I was able to drop close to 10 pounds, a few inches, and decrease my body fat. I felt stronger and my tightest clothing was fitting much better. This nutrition/exercise plan was easy to follow which helped with my success. I plan to continue working with George because I know he can help me make more progress.

The 28 Day Challenge is amazing. This was my first time really getting involved in a true fitness regimen and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. George is a great motivator and he really knows his stuff. He sets you up for success by keeping the workouts challenging yet doable all while switching it up so you never get bored. I am not someone who enjoys working out, like at all, yet I found myself actually looking forward to going to the workout sessions. My Food Journey was by far the easiest plan to maintain that I’ve ever tried. You’re never left feeling hungry or really even craving the things you know you shouldn’t have. Ultimately, I ended up losing weight, feeling stronger, sleeping better, and actually wanting to eat healthier and be more active. I highly recommend it. You’d be surprised what you can achieve in 28 days.

Coach George helped me so much with My Food Journey. I was able to refocus and learn health as an ongoing process. I can't say enough about how incredible and amazing George Q. was as a coach and mentor! He was able to tailor my workouts to fit my fitness goals. He never tried to put me into a box when it came to training and knew what my focuses were. When I had struggles he would talk me though my blocks and help me work through them. His videos were so beneficial to helping me stay on track! There were endless amounts of recipes on the site. I can't say enough about my experience with My Food Journey! My body and mind have never felt so good!

My food journey has been a blessing in my life. I have had issues with losing weight for years, even when I was working out my weight would stay the same. I eventually had an injury while working out and was going to require surgery. I ended up gaining a ton of weight waiting for the surgery and was told by my surgeon I would need to lose a certain amount of weight to go through the surgery required. That is where the blessing of My Food Journey came into my life. George has created a very in depth eating guide that changed my life. Not only did I end up losing 10% of my body weight in 6 weeks but it had other health benefits too. I used to get migraines multiple times a month and now I get one maybe every few months. I would suggest this system to anyone who has had long term struggle with weight or even those who are just starting to see weight gain. It provides a real life way of eating that is not a on off again diet. Its a lifestyle, not a diet.

I have followed this program for 2 years, It's literally the best plan out there, George tells you what you can eat, not what you can't, One thing about this plan is you will NEVER be hungry, It works for everyone, if you work full time at home or away, if you follow the plan and have the food ready in your refrigerator you won't fail... I'm at my goal weight, but will always follow this plan 90% of the time. George's passion and knowledge for others weight loss journey is what will help you through, he doesn't give up on anyone!
