I received my dress in a great time...but was disappointed it was more then slightly used. There was a safety pin next to the top button because it won't stay button. 14.99 was definitely to much to ask...10.00 should have been the most to ask for it. I have ordered things from other used clothing sites and everything has looked brand new for 14.99.

Ladies were nice and welcoming which is a plus.. but I 1000% recommend NOT selling to them.

I brought in two 10 gallon bins of clothes, clothes that still had tags on them!! I accepted the lowball offer of $30 for the clothes they selected that they wanted which didn’t even fill up the cloths basket they place the wanted items in, taking home the still full 10 gallon bins. (The jean jacket they accepted cost $35 alone when originally purchased)

My mistake was made when I brought two more 10 gallon bins of various shoes; boots, air Jordans, air forces, and a selection of heels. To my surprise they selected a handful of boots(because of the season which is understandable) the boots I have posted to this review. They offered me $20 DOLLARS for the 7 pairs of boots, 4/7 where BRAND NEW.

I have purses and jewelry I planned on selling to them as well but the lowball offers just do not sit well with me. I am not desperate, you can see the quality I have to offer between the clothes and shoes..

Only giving two stars because the Sales Associate squeezed in my order after I let her know I drove all the way here to sell these clothes (I live far). Brought in a tote of winter, fall, summer and spring clothes. Got a text that they were ready. They only accepted 3 dresses and paid me $5.70 or $7 store credit. The dresses were brand new and cost me over $30 together. I don’t understand what’s in the policy to be able to do that but that don’t even pay the gas it took to drive all the way there! If you’re looking to sell clothes, stick with Plato’s Closet or something similar-stay away from these “Wanna be” consignment stores!!!

The audacity of this place to nickle and dime people who have spent their hard earned money on quality designer items. Fool me once, it’ll never be a second time. And the quality of the items already in store, is the same thing you can find in goodwill. I brought them brand new name brand items and they wanted to give me $13. I’d rather give it to a homeless person. Ladies, don’t bother. Take your belongings to a real consignment shop

Do NOT sell here. Go to uptown cheapskates or platos closet. I basically got my gas money back. They kept everything and gave me the lowball amount of $10. Staff are nice though. Probably wouldve been better off driving 20 miles to platos or Uptown cheapskates.

This is a.very nice store.
I sold a few pairs of shoes and received approximately the amount that I thought I would receive. The staff was very helpful and nice. I will definitely return to sell items and also shop.

Really nice, quality clothes. I'm in the process of updating my business wardrobe and thus is the place to do that inexpensively. Clothes come in all the time so it's best to drop in anytime to see what's out

Yeah I agree with a lot of the comments they low ball on new items tags still on them which was the case for me. I work from home so a lot my clothes were new I’m not sure what they use to assess and price the items.
