I take my grandchildren here several times a week. This place gets them off their screens and keeps them physically active. My 11 month old enjoys playing too. The staff are always welcoming and very sweet. They work hard to maintain a very clean play environment as well as the bathrooms. They now have a monthly pass for Monday-Friday play. Definitely our spot to play year round !!

I’ve been to this location 3 times , the first time it was for my son’s birthday party and it was a great experience. The second time as well but i started to notice a lot of things that i didn’t like , the location is looking dirty and dirty. A full inspection of the equipment and cleaning needs to be done at this place, probably the last time i be coming here , but i would love to visit the other locations.

DO NOT BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!!!!!!!!!.

The playground is great for kids, but to book a birthday party is NOT. Their advertisement is FALSE. My party was from 5pm-7pm. I thought we can sit in our room from 5pm-7pm, NO! We get into the room at 6:20pm-7pm to eat the small sized pizza and the cake we brought. My guests were standing the whole time for 1hr and 20 minutes. I was charged $471 for 10 children and 10 adults and 3 pies with small slices and they suggested a $47 tip. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The staff was great none was disrespectful and they were patient, however I believe they should not charge such ridiculous amount for the party guests to be RUSHED shoving the pizza and cake down for 40 min. We were RUSHED. And the owner is going to comment that they are known for their 5 star experience and the whole nine yards! ,but I’m expressing my concern about about the playground I’m expressing my concern about booking a birthday party for us to sit in a room for 40 min. This experience was ridiculous.I WOULD NEVER BOOK ANOTHER PARTY HERE.

We celebrated birthday party for our daughter’s fifth birthday. The play area was nice but we felt the arrangements and coordination in the party room was a bit rushed. Slide show wasn’t working, and we weren’t informed about this malfunction, had we been informed ahead of time we would not have spent so much time making the slide show. There is huge scope of improvement as far as hospitality is concerned, the party coordinator was making arrangements in a haphazard manner. She abruptly commanded that all guests should leave the party room even though guests were still finishing food. We understand events are time bound but a little compassion and hospitality is what is needed from such party venues. If our guests and we can put up with a malfunctioning slide show catch air should have put up with a 5-10 minute delay in concluding the party. I also felt there was no sense of timing the event from catch air side. The party time for us was 1:30 to 3:30. The party coordinator said we can cut the cake at 3:15 leaving only 15 mins for people to have the cake and other food. The personnel there did not seem to know how to interact with guests politely and timing the event properly, clearly the party coordinators need training. We will think twice before booking any other event here.

Nice place... They allow you to utilize the T.V. but when using YouTube, there are a lot of ads. They should have a subscription for paying customers. They also need to keep an upkeep of the bathroom would be nice being that children walk in without shoes. Other than that, it is great for children.

This location is great! The staff goes above and beyond to accomodate. I bought a few gift cards online and mistakenly sent to an incorrect email address. Hayley the manager and the staff was so helpful to get this corrected. Polite and quick to assist is an understatement. My grandchildren love this place.

We had a party here on Jan 1 2025 and did not have a good experience. The party coordinator rushed the guests when they were still finishing their food. She screamed at all the guests to exit the room, when kids were not even done eating. It felt very embarrassing as hosts to have their guests being screamed at. She could have been polite and asked to exit in a gentle manner.

The slideshow wasn’t working. This could have been communicated earlier because I spent a good few hours to prepare it.

The party coordinator would go to get supplies like napkins and spoons and would not return for a good few minutes while everybody kept waiting.

No staff helped on loading the gifts etc in the car which other facilities do.

We’ve hosted parties at various facilities but this was the worst experience.
