Reading the positive reviews left for this office is surprising. I’ve been a patient here for years. Back when his office was in Bartow. Routine women’s health exams and birth control are the main reason I see Dr. Ramchandani. The Dr. is kind and professional, but his office staff leave much to be desired. I have been trying to schedule a tubal ligation since August. I signed the paperwork in June, called in August to schedule appointment only to be told they lost my paperwork. I still have the paperwork I signed but wanted to know how losing an important document just happened. No one could offer me an explanation, only that the doctor would be happy to sign another paper and fudge it over so the date would match when I signed the original. (This was the first red flag) I was told I would get a call back for a date in early September, never happened. Called back and was given the run around about the scheduling department at the OR for the hospital. I was told they would call me with a date because no one could get in contact with the operating room. Never called. I’ve been going back and forth with the office staff, who are not only incompetent (that’s being nice) but they are the most unprofessional girls. I’ve been put on hold for prolonged periods of time. My calls have been answered at home, while they’re running errands, etc. only to be put on hold, told I’d get a call back that never came, or an abrupt text that says “call you back.” I’ve been told the doctor is the one that has to schedule the tubal and he hasn’t. I’ve been told he has personal issues and that’s why it hasn’t been scheduled. This was the latest excuse I received and I chose not to move forward because I don’t want to be operated on if your personal issues are so bad your office staff feels the need to make them known to your patient. I’ve been stuck in this loop from August to now with Dr. Ram’s staff about a simple outpatient procedure. They are the face of his practice, which is sad because they do not represent who the Dr. is at all. He is caring and very kind. I believe he cares for his patients, but that’s not enough when you have a circus of monkeys running your practice for you.

I just gave birth to my beautiful baby girl who had a complication with her umbilical cord. Dr. Ramchandani was amazing through the entire process putting my worries to rest. He was never pushy about any interventions and always made me feel like mine and babies health was the most important. I'm so glad I found Dr. Ramchandani and his office. He's very devoted to his patients!

Dr. Ramchandani is the best! I recently had my 2nd child at the beginning of October and my whole experience with him was nothing short of amazing! I delivered via csection and it was a great experience. We spoke about my birth plan in detail and not once did i feel brushed off by him. He supported me my whole pregnancy and although his office can get busy, he never makes you feel like a number. You are his patient forever and he will treat you as such. His staff is great as well. He has checked in on me multiple times since birth, answered any questions/concerns I have had and made appreciable recommendations for my postpartum care. I wish he did pediatrics as well so i could see him more lol. Thank you so much Dr. Ramchandani - see you next time for my next pregnancy lol. I highly recommend you to all my family, friends and coworkers.

I’ve went to Dr. Ramchandani my last two pregnancies. He’s been so amazing and caring. He delivered them both and was such an amazing experience. He did the circumcision on my son and did an amazing job and made sure to follow up with me everyday after I delivered in the hospital. All of the staff inside the office have been so awesome as well. 10/10 the best experience.

Absolutely excellent doctor, and excellent staff. He worked with my wife through her entire pregnancy and delivered our son excellently without issue. He’s extremely patient and thorough, and Sabrina is absolutely wonderful. We will be going back with any children we may have in the future.

I recently moved to Winter Haven and I was so embarrassed because I was 29 weeks when I started prenatal care and appointments for my pregnancy. Dr.Ram and his whole office and team made me feel so welcome. I am so glad I found this Doctor he helped me with the safe delivery of my handsome baby boy and also helped with the circumcision for him as well. He came every day to check in on me and baby boy after delivery and everything. I am very thankful for everything he has done. Even though it started out as the worst it ended up being the best pregnancy experience because of him and his team!!

i absolutely loved going to Dr. Ramchandani throughout my pregnancy he is always caring/supportive & he was very gentle during my c section & i loved that he came personally to check on me during my recovery. Forever grateful for his professionalism and for delivering my beautiful baby with care.

I wish I would have found Dr. Ram sooner. He recently delivered my 3rd baby and it was by far the best birthing experience I’ve had. I got my regular OB check ups at Premier medical and delivered at Winter Haven Women’s. The staff I encountered at Winter Haven Women’s praised Dr. Ram’s knowledge, dedication and overall work ethic. I was impressed by his attention to detail and care which ultimately led to me having my 2nd VBAC.
