Working with Claire and Helen has been undeniably one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. Outside of fertility experts, they are both my new life coaches :). Claire really dug into my eating habits, understood my body type, my energy and my physical abilities. Helen has been equally impressive, really digging into my personal life of who I am, recognizing my traits and helping me align my goals to become a better person. Both pushed me in ways I truly needed. At the end of my 6 months, I walk away life-long skills to intuitively eat, understand my body and understand that I do not need to control everything in life. The best part of the whole experience is we got our BFP!
