This company are a joke! You can tell most of the positive comments are probably their own fake accounts to try and rebuild their reputation! They scammed me out of a course and have promised to pay me my money back and it’s been over a year. So many of us are going through the same issue and they are deleting comments on their social media. You’ll be a fool to believe their lies.

I really enjoyed the online course. I started with Diploma in customer service QLS level 4 and thought it was well planned and layout, this course was so helpful and i learnt a lot about diversity, gender and equality, how to deliver good customer service and manage conflict at work. The course offers good pace as it is 1 year to completion and the administration offers good support. Now am at my second course with them!.
