I highly recommend Tyrone Francis "The Car Mentor". He made my car buying and selling experience totally stress free! He has great negotiating skills and is very knowledgeable in the entire car buying/selling process, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Tyrone went above and beyond helping me get several add-ons to my car even after my car was delivered to me. He coordinated the transport and delivery of my vehicle because it was purchased out of state. In fact, he actually came to my house for the delivery and stayed about an hour to help me connect my phone and go over some car features with me. I cannot recommend Tyrone enough and will be telling all my friends and family about him. If you are contemplating using The Car Mentor, go ahead and make the call because it will be the best call you've ever made.

I finally got my DREAM JEEP and it would have never happened if not for Tyrone Francis at The Car Mentor! I tried purchasing a few vehicles previously on my own and got so frustrated with the dealerships. If you have ever gone through the car buying experience (especially as a woman) you know what I am talking about!

Tyrone was so helpful and knowledgeable about the entire vehicle purchasing process. He was patient with me, knew exactly what questions to ask the seller, what to look for in the contracts, which models to avoid, etc. I told him exactly what I wanted and he ONLY sent perfect matches (so I did not have to filter through hundreds of options every day). When I found the Jeep I wanted he conducted the entire vehicle inspection and oversaw the contracts, plus negotiated the price which saved me lots of money!!

Also I should mention that this entire process was completed out of state, and he arranged for the Jeep to be shipped to me from Illinois to Texas and it arrived in THREE DAYS.
