My experience was very odd. I’d never been here before and figured I’d try it instead of plato’s (they always accept my items). The staff was very short with me after I was asked if I was selling my clothes, which I replied yes too and gave them my belongings. None of my items were accepted which is fine. However I sorted my belongings in a certain way to ensure they were looked through. Come to my surprise they did not even look through my items. Everything piece was in the exact way I had put it. I was told it was due to the quality and conditioning. Majority of these clothes were not worn and some with tags still. I just wish the staff would’ve denied me turning in my clothes and having me wait for 30 minutes instead of holding them and not even looking at them.

Nice and clean store that is packed with merchandise. Turning extra clothes and shoes into cash is relatively quick and painless. They pay 30%of what the price it at if they accept your items. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return. Especially nice at this time of the year

Store was not bad.
Welcome upon entry.
Not sure what they target for items? As I shopped and found some similar items to what I offered only mine where new or used 2x in box ...guessing it was the end of the day and they would rather pass verses paper work.
Cute items, pretty items,weird items‐ def something for everyone. Thought they did good keeping items on racks(nice job to staff). Wish there where more blazers to choose from selection was small.

They were not clear with the cash out options for selling clothes. I was told I’d receive $19 but was given $15. I now know that the cash out options differ between store credit and cash but they did not make this clear and the girl had an attitude and did not even apologize or make proper eye contact with me. She could not fix the issue. I work in customer service and you should be able to take the fault and fix the issue or do something to make it right. At least apologize. Fix your attitude and customer service skills.

Sellers beware!! I called this store at 2:30 and asked if they were still buying and the associate said yes. Informed us that they would be doing buys until 4:00. Got to the store at 2:50 just for them to tell me that the person at the buy counter is about to get off and to come back the next day. I don’t understand the lack of communication and professionalism. Clothes Mentor continues to lack when it comes to customer service. Sellers be cautious when doing business with this location.

Well where do I even start! This store is ahh very, very judgmental when it comes to the clothes they choose. It’s also usually 18yr olds or younger deciding if they are worth anything or not. Just overall no general knowledge of good products. This is also the second time I’ve walked in and the girls are usually gossiping at the front desk, having me wait at least 2-4 min before asking if I even need help. This store is like a high school science class with the teacher having no control. Employees cussing and taking about inappropriate things and more. Just for future visits be prepared to walk out with 98% of what yoh took.

Awful customer service, they're making you feel not welcome at all, and the place is dirty I found a bug on the floor between the clothes.
