I get the feeling I'm being scammed with this company. I've called 6 times with no luck. They're always closed. My credit score has plummeted and my phone is blowing up daily! I'm ready to drop this company and move on! Update: since I wrote this review I've been contacted by a person named Obed I believe. He has answered all my questions and has made me feel a lot more at ease. I'm a naturally untrusting person especially where my money is involved so they will have to show me a lot more before earning a 5 star from me. But, it's a good start!

Where do I begin. I wanted consolidate my cards, loans as well as my fathers. From the beginning, Evan, the agent that I dealt with put it right out what I needed to do. He thoroughly explained what his job was and what the ultimate out come will be. 9 months later it’s exactly what he said!! I’m stress don’t owe anyone !! Thank you Evan. I started the program 3 months ago and I was concerned that nothing was happening. I spoke to Kenneth today who was able to help me understand the process and sent me a monthly account which shows the money I have banked and the accounts that they are handling. I feel so much better about the process and not so overwhelmed.

These reviews don't make sense. Please do not use this company, I learned the hard way

I started the process with citizens about April 2023. Had about 8 credit cards about 20k of debt.
they NEVER told me during the process it would be messing up my credit because they failed to mention I have to stop paying my credit cards also he made it seem like this is fairly quick process, I was expecting this to be all settled within 6 months originally

Fast forward 6months, no accounts closed, because I was still paying ontime my cc's and have been making monthly payments to citizens.

I call him and then he tells me noo you have to stop paying, you just paying interest. 2024 goodbye decent credit..... goes downhill with missed payments and closed "charged off" accounts

The worst part is that citizens signed me up for a loan with LendingUSA 6 months later

Why would citizens put you in a NEW loan AFTER your credit gets messed up?

The loan amount of 18000 and the 30%+ interest rate is insane.

Now it's 2025 I have been paying 560 a month to lending usa and my balance has only gone down to 16700!!!!!

I'm still with bad credit and horrible high interest loan
