I've been to many hospitals and Summit Health is in the upper tier. From start to finish I found only good things to say about them. This is a hospital that is well run. The staff is professional, caring, pleasant and helpful. The hospital is clean and modern and can treat almost any condition. 5 stars out of 5

Expect to wait, even if you have an appt. Then expect to wait even longer when only one doctor is working a large city office.Then that doctor to write a false rude note on your account that “patient refused to be seen” even though you waited an hour + for him to see you, finally asked the trained med techs to give you the rapid test results (sitting on the counter and complete and negative) because you had to go back to work ….only to go home and find out they dump your tests, refuse to post results because you couldn’t wait 2 hours to see the king-doctor, who you didn’t need to see anyway, you only came for rapid tests. Oh, and the manager will gaslight you. This large office in busy area needs a redo. Perhaps the company as a whole. Go somewhere else.

nice facility but I was misled. I walked in for an annual physical that I was told insurance would cover and there would be no copay after sharing my insurance at check in.

Then got a bill for $314 leftover that insurance did not infact cover fully.

Completely misdiagnosed my son. Said his illness was viral and not contagious and he could return to school. We saw our pediatrician the following day because my son was doing so badly. Turns out it is bacterial and contagious, so the complete opposite of the City MD guidance. He is now on antibiotics and on the mend.

Unfortunately this is not the first time we've received misleading or just plain wrong diagnoses from City MD. We won't be returning. No point in spending the time and money if you can't trust the medical advice.

i was down in the city when an infection in my finger made itself evident and was VERY painful - they were the nearest urgent care facility and i felt very lucky. they saw me right away and fix me right up and we’re very pleasant and affordable.
