DO NOT BRING ANY CAR TO THIS SHOP !!! I needed something minor done to my car but was told i couldnt be told a price yet until they looked at the car first. They kept my car for A MONTH AND A HALF!! I would call every week asking if they had a price for me yet before they do any type of work and I kept getting told that they were so backed up they haven’t even taken a look at my car yet. After a month and half I randomly got a call that they went ahead and did the work without letting me know a price first and they were trying to charge me a ridiculous amount. I was very upset that they went ahead and just did the work without negotiating a price first when that is not what we agreed on but I just took it for what It was. I didn’t disclose with them that I was upset and was going to just pay it and get my car back, but then they proceeded to tell me that my car won’t even start up and that my engine was completely blown and basically my car was worth nothing now unless I get a new engine I was very upset about this news considering that my engine was fine before I sent my car to their shop. On top of that I was told that I needed to pay in cash because their card reader wasn’t working but I did not want to pay cash and asked to speak to the owner at that point. The owner proceeded to tell me that they lied to me their card reader was working but they just wouldn’t accept any other type of payment because they wouldn’t trust “people like me” to pay with a credit card. Like what does that mean. They were most definitely discriminating me and trying to belittle me and take advantage of me. It was only after I threatened to go up there with police that they changed their mind and let me pay with a credit card. When I went to go pick my car up it had a flat tire and one of my tail lights was cracked and filled with rain water and was told that they had no idea how that happened and they had no plans on fixing any of that. So now I have a car that Is in worse condition then it was when I originally sent it there and it was completely not drivable . Mike, the owner, knew that he was giving me my car back in worse condition and told me as a courtesy he would charge me a lesser amount. So I paid. Towed my car back home, and thought that was the end of that. But nooooo Mike went 3 days later and charged my card for a few hundred MORE dollars on top of the few hundred I already paid him WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. He stole my money and completely destroyed my car. When called and asked about the extra charges i was told that he felt like they needed more money for the work they did. That is wrong you cannot charge somebody’s card a few days later simply because you feel like you want more money. They are scammers and liars people pleaseeeee avoid this shop at all costs

I can't believe what I have experienced at this shop. I've dealt with Mike for quite some time and the last few times I've dropped my vehicle he has returned my vehicle with more issues. He also returned it back with a dent. I normally wouldn't do this but I'm fed up that after couple days after this incident with the dent on the vehicle now is sitting in my cousin's yard because it started making a loud noise Saturday night and I know I wouldn't made it home. He replaced my struts and caliper etc pretty much the whole front and now it's not drivable until a mechanic shop opens during the week. And let me add he would keep my car for days and not worked on for the smallest problem!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Had a bad brake problem that needed immediate attention and they squeezed me in, got me in and out. Did amazing job. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. Very friendly and affordable service from the entire staff! Thankyou guys again! This is my new place ?
