Lou is one of the most genuine people to ever work with/ meet. He truly loves what he does and it shows in his work. It was super easy to communicate with him and bounce ideas from each other of what I wanted to do moving forward in my life. Lou was able to open my mind to different perspectives about my future career. He really pushes you and motivates you to be able to accomplish your goals you may have. He wants the best for each person he encounters with. Seriously, if you ever need a life coach ( specifically a life coach who ACTUALLY cares) Lou is your guy ! I started working with Lou this past Spring, as I had just received my PMP certification and was looking to make a transition into a new role in project management. I have worked with Lou since last year as I was finishing school and had moved back to Salt Lake City. Lou helped me navigate a strategic job search and as I was finishing graduate school it was an immensely enjoyable process with massive results.

Perspective is quite the profound skillset and Lou was highly effective at weaving it in effectively.
I always looked forward to our meetings, which were entertaining, funny, and highly insightful, and I always revert back to our conversations and notes because they are so valuable to me.

Lou has been my first and only life coach, for a little over a year. When I was initially looking for a life coach, I talked to 9 other coaches on the phone (yes 9!!). Lou was the one that I immediately felt the most comfortable with and inspired by (over the phone). Another big reason I chose Lou was because he doesn't put limits on our communication. (Some coaches would tell me that we would talk once a week for 2 hours and that's it, but not Lou!). I was able to communicate in anyway I wanted - text, call, or email any time of the week I wanted.
